Introductions
Naomi Grieve
Naomi Grieve is a registered Nutritional Therapist and founder of The IBS Clinic, Hereford. Her approach to nutrition is holistic, personalised and evidence based.
Naomi's 12-week Gut Reset Programme supports people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), bloating, reflux, food allergies/ intolerances, SIBO, Coeliac disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and more.
Naomi's background includes a BSc degree in Food Science & Nutrition (Reading University) and Postgraduate in Nutritional Therapy (Worcester University). She has worked in the food industry; NPD technologist for major UK brands; a background of food ingredients and processes. She has also worked as a health and wellbeing coach and gained her level 3 health coaching qualification, and delivered nutrition talks at Holmer Spa, Hereford.
Naomi arranges functional testing and when Church Street Clinic has CQC registration, will work alongside the clinic’s private GP, to help clients understand why they react to foods.

Natalie Rouse
Natalie Rouse is a nutritional research scientist, nutritionist, and exercise physiologist with over 20 years of experience in human nutrition, metabolic health, and performance science.
Her work centres on the interaction between nutritional biochemistry and exercise physiology, supporting individuals and communities to optimise health, body composition, and long-term wellbeing. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, Natalie applies clinical nutrition and exercise science to address metabolic dysfunction, nutrient deficiencies, women’s health, and lifestyle-related disease. She has delivered both 1:1 nutritional support and population-level interventions, translating complex science into practical, sustainable strategies.
Natalie is currently completing her PhD at Swansea University. Her research explores dietary patterns, ultra-processed foods, and sustainable nutrition, contributing to future policy and reformulation frameworks. Natalie’s approach combines scientific rigour with practical implementation, empowering individuals to build resilient health through targeted nutrition and movement.
